    – The replacement request must be initiated due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item received.
  2. Conditions and Exclusions for Replacement
    – Replacements are only valid when the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or broken due to shipping.
    – No replacements will be issued if the USPS tracking status is marked as “Delivered” and any of the following apply:
    – Buyer provided “insufficient, incorrect, or missing unit/apartment number”.
    – Package is “still on the road” or in transit.
    – More than “30 days have passed” since the delivery date.
    – The purchase was not made in good faith or is suspected to be a trick to receive free items.
  3. Replacement Process
