By checking or accepting this box (Terms & Conditions). You agree to let Shopeptic charges your bank account. Please keep in mind that “H & V Multiservices, LLC” will appear on your check or billing statement.

By using your checking account is a check (electronic check) like you would sign a paper check

You agree that:

  • Check is yours
  • You have sufficient funds on your account to cover your payment
  • Your checking account is not closed, not blocked, not frozen
  • You have sufficient fund kept at least for 2 weeks
  • Your billing address match with checking account on file.

If you’re unable to send a screenshot showing the check, please do not use checking account payment option, instead choose money order or bank transfer.

Shipping:

  • For your item to ship out, you need to send us a screenshot (transaction must be posted, not pending), only pinpoint and showing clearly where the check has been withdrawn from your bank account. (email: shopeptic@gmail.com or info@shopeptic.com or upload it to contact page or text: 973-280-0949)
  • If you don’t have access to your online banking please don’t use checking, because you would need to email a screenshot to us from your bank account pinpoint exactly where withdrawn occurred for your order to ship out.
  • If no screenshot sent, we’ll ship out your item within 30 days pretending that your check is good.

How the Checking Account process works:

  1. You entered your check information (Routing and checking Account #) on checkout page and place order. (No card please).
  2. Green (checks processor company) processes your E-check and converts it to a paper check and sends it to our local bank next business day through FedEx overnight.
  3. Green email you a notice that your E-check has been processed (that’s mean, your check is on its way to our local bank)
  4. Within 2 to 3 business days upon received, our bank will try to collect the check amount from your bank
  5. If check’s cleared, the money will deposit to our account with no name, no number only the amount posted.
  6. In order for your item to ship out, you will have to email us or text a screenshot of the amount deducted directly from your bank account, that way we’ll know whose check is cleared.
  7. If check’s failed, our bank will mail us a copy within 30 days explaining why the check is bounced back (fee will apply to you; bounced check always incurred fees and a federal criminal offence)
  8. If check’s is failed, you won’t be able to purchase from our store and you will be blocked until you paid the fee.

If your check is bounced back for any reasons:

  • You agree to pay $25 by money order to cover the cost from our bank fee.
  • Your name will send to collection agency if no payment has been sent.
  • You won’t be able to purchase again from our site until you paid the fee.

DO NOT USE YOUR CHECKING ACCOUNT If:

  • Checking account is frozen
  • Checking account is not sufficient funds.
  • Checking account is blocked
  • Checking account is not in your name
  • Checking account stop payment
  • Checking account is non-existed
  • You’re not using Saving Account/credit/debit card
  • Banks that do not process E-Checks (Metabank, Bonneville Bank, Bancorp.com, American Express Centurion Bank, Gobank, Green Dot Bank, Compass Bank)

This is how your payment appears on our bank account so no way to know whose payment belong to.

 

 

NO ORDER CANCELLATION: before placing order make sure you want it to.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original box, unused, unopened and contact us before returning. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost plus any damages the item may have on its way back.
  • If buyer provided Insufficient, incorrect or missing unit/apartment # shipping address and package returned back to us, buyer will pay for return shipping through invoice to get the item ship back again if item is in in a great shape, plus the corrected address must send to us via contact page.
  • If buyer wants a refund, the initial shipping cost will be deducted + any damages that occurs on its way back.
  • No REFUND at all for buyer’s changing mind or not interested anymore in the product. Please google the product have your own research done before buying, all sales are final.
  • Buyer who lied about missing item or part just to get extra pack for free would be banned from Shopeptic store. We checked and double checked the item sold before packaging, and make sure what we advertise is what you get.
  • No REFUND for tracking # that marked as “Delivered” the item was delivered by USPS.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
