Shopeptic Replacement Policy

We accept replacement if:

  • Items are defective or damaged
  • Broken bottle

Take picture right away with the original package and pictures must be zoom in or focus where the damage occurs on the package or bottle and send it to info@shopeptic.com. N.B: those pictures must be analyzed for discrepancy and must approved by us before give you a replacement.

No Replacement if:

  • Buyer provided Insufficient, incorrect or missing unit/apartment number shipping address and package returned back to us.
  • USPS tracking # marked “Delivered” It was delivered, otherwise, it wouldn’t said so.
  • Buyer try to trick us with bogus item photos just to get extra free item (will be banned from shopeptic’s future purchase)
  • Buyer who lied about missing item or part just to get extra free pack will be banned and no refund.
  • Package still on the road not delivered way beyond expected date. Buyer should wait because USPS on time is not a done deal. If requested a refund, we have to get our package back before proceed to your request.
  • 14 days have passed since you reported any problems.

Here at Shopeptic we want to have a long nice customer-seller relationship but some bad apples out there need not try to make us bad.
